In 2004, she began her show on SABC 2 called It's Gospel Time, which is still running 10 years later. The awards she has received in recognition of her very impressive career in the music industry are too many to even begin counting.
It is fascinating to hear a genre like gospel, combining Western and African vocal elements, adopted by a South African singer. The result is an Afro-pop-flavored gospel with a new vitality. This collection gathers the best of Malope's recorded material over the first seven years of her career. The choral arrangements are infectious, and Malope's voice can cut right to the spirit. If you like contemporary gospel, this disc is a must.
