Produced by Malcolm Welsford. I hope I never see you again I hope I never touch you again Sometimes I wonder, what's fucked in my heart Won't let your fingers tear us apart. It's all so simple, it's all over again A lack of talent is caving you in Sometimes I wonder what's fucked in your heart We're losing grip now, now we're falling apart

Shihad is the third full-length album released by New Zealand band, Shihad. Released in New Zealand in September 1996 on the Wildside Records label, it is sometimes known as "the fish album" - a reference to the fish that feature in the album's artwork. The album was dedicated to the memory of the band's manager and friend, Gerald Dwyer, who had died earlier that year.
Also saw Shihad in Dunedin friday night. They only get better and louder. 6 years ago. I just saw Shihad last night in Dunedin live and they were insane, fully see them live if you get the chance you will not be dissapointed, you f kn gc's. Killjoy and the general electric album remind me of my teenage years, fuckin love this song. Norway had black metal, we had this weak shit.
After starting off as a high-school thrash-metal band, in the mid-1990s Shihad went on to become New Zealand's most successful hard-rock band. They moved to Los Angeles to try and crack the American market, changing their name reluctantly to Pacifier after 9/11 because their label was worried Shihad sounded too much like Jihad. They released one album in 2002 as Pacifier with a more commercial 'American' sound, but didn't make it, so they returned to New Zealand and changed their name back to Shihad.
